Oooh, shopping

Those who know me know that I really don't like shopping. Don't remember the last time i bought clothes for myself. oh wait - the wedding gown. But anyway, tonight I have almost convinced Steve to buy NEW FURNITURE for the house. Most of ours is ugly and servicable, but did i mention ugly? and the giant bookcases are actually Susan's. I found that out when she wanted them back last year. So we bought an entertainment unit. Okay, so we haven't actually BOUGHT it - i just got over the first hurdle - convincing Steve it's a good idea. I also have managed to convince him on new bedroom furnture for Nick, since everything he has has been handed down from SOMETHING. My contribution was the giant shelf what originated in the offices of Royal Trust in Winnipeg. so yes, there will be new furniture. i also quite covet a bedroom suite for ourselves - lovely oak. Queen head board and foot board, dresser, mirror, 2 night stands and a 7 drawer chest. i covet it in a big bad way. I want to have this on their OAC financing 2003. i wannit i wannit i wannt.
